These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Prop Firm EA Experts, including all associated platforms, websites, and services operated under the brand (collectively referred to as the “Service” or “We”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Services Offered
We provide proprietary trading firm challenge passing services, including funded account assistance, evaluation stage support, and post-challenge trading guidance. Our services may include automated expert advisors (EAs), manual trading, or expert-managed trading strategies aimed at helping users pass evaluations by various proprietary trading firms.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You also confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Fees and Payment
a. Base Plan Fees
We offer both monthly and one-time service plans. Each plan’s pricing and details are listed on our website. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees, either as a one-time payment or on a subscription basis.
b. Add-On Fees for Monthly Plans
Our monthly plans may include optional or required add-on services such as express challenge completion, scaling support, private mentorship, or customized EAs. These add-ons will be clearly itemized and charged separately. You agree that selected add-ons will be billed in addition to your monthly subscription.
c. Payment Methods
Payments are processed via trusted third-party gateways. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all services, including recurring and add-on fees.
d. Post-Purchase Optional Upgrades
⚠️ Note: After your initial purchase, you may be offered optional upgrades designed to improve pass rates, avoid bans, or boost overall performance. These upgrades are not included in the base plan and may be necessary for certain high-risk challenges or performance targets.
You are not required to purchase these upgrades. However, declining them may lead to limited support or early termination of the process. All payments are final once service has commenced.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use our services to violate any applicable laws or proprietary firm rules.
Share, sell, or redistribute access to your account or our EAs.
Use our services to commit fraud or misrepresent your identity or results.
Violating this clause may lead to immediate termination of your access without refund.
7. Service Limitations and Disclaimer
We do not guarantee success in any prop firm challenge. Market volatility, individual account factors, and firm-specific rules are beyond our control. By using our services, you accept the inherent risks of trading and acknowledge that results may vary.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, expert advisors, strategies, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Prop Firm EA Experts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose any part of our service without written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of trading capital
Missed earnings or potential income
Prop firm bans or account resets
Any consequential or punitive damages
11. Amendments
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ohio.
